媒體報導，柯文哲首創i-Voting方案來票選北市府局處首長；不過，民進黨主席暨總統參選人蔡英文直言未來當選後，在挑選內閣成員時，「絕對不會使用i-Voting」，並認為目前的網路文化「有問題」，雖會以民意為基準選擇內閣成員，但絕不採網路投票。
